By downloading, installing, or using Buy'r, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Description of Services

Buy'r provides tools and features that empower consumers to make informed purchasing decisions. Our Services include:

• Product barcode scanning to reveal corporate ownership, sourcing, and ethical information
• Brand Spotlights with detailed company information
• Personalized shopping lists and product alternatives
• Community features including ratings and reviews
• Premium subscription features for enhanced access

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes

Buy'r offers both free and premium subscription tiers. By subscribing to our premium services:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or app store
• Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice

User Content and Conduct

You may submit content through our Services, including reviews, ratings, and comments. By submitting content, you:

• Grant Buy'r a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content
• Represent that you own or have rights to submit the content
• Agree not to submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or illegal

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUY'R LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Buy'r LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the App settings. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas. You waive any objections to jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Buy'r LLC regarding your use of our Services and supersede any prior agreements.
